Two American pickelhaube's

We are looking to move these two helmets to make room for our new acquisitions. Real trouble is we don't know what they are worth. If anyone is interested and has a price in mind let me know. Two helmets and the picture.

I am being hounded by this guy from SOS who wants them but I don't think he is willing to pay a reasonable amount.

They did not sell yet. The guy from SOS wanted them badly but unfortunately did not quite have enough money -- and even reduced the price to $3500 for the pair. The good news is that he stopped calling incessantly. read2

Why don't you offer them on an auction - you might catch a crazy collector (like yourself) Wink

Such one of a kind - or two of a kind - pieces really should be worth more than that. Maybe the new president needs something unique for his desk.
