It's difficult to tell, would need to see the backside.
If I ever decided to go after such a rare helmet, I would want to see the backside of the plate before buying!
One way to call a scammers bluff is to ask for more pictures. Naturally they would just send you more stolen or pirated photos of the helmet.
But that's where you gotta take it one step further: ask the scammer to take a picture of the helmet in a specific way, for example behind the leather...
