When I was still living at home as a youngster, my father had this special week end every now and then (when ever he felt it to be the right moment...) to clean up all the cupper and silverware in the house.
It was a sort of tradition, something his father did as well...
Problem is; I had to participate and bring down my helmets who had cupper wear on them of where made of cupper, or any other metal that could be polished...
