That was an original Filz Tschapka. The overall construction and features are identical to photographic evidence and the Preußen one in Rastatt. I am quite sure the same manufacturer made all of these as part of one contract, probably in 1914 as most have pre 1915 brass or silver fittings. It is now, of course, sold, and no, not to me. My Preußen example cost me $1750 USD (in trade) and I do not regret it.
This fellow seems to have a lot of good items, with almost as many questionable items, which is normal I think for many collectors.
