I use super glue ( CA glue) that I get from my local hobby shop.
All I have ever seen is Kiwi shoe dye and polish.

Yes actually an easy fix. The easiest way is to use thick super glue . Materials 1. thick super glue with zip kicker (kicker will instantly will set the glue) 2. Dremal or sand paper 3. The best way is to find one is to keep monitoring the French e-bay.

Nice felt and they are my favorite pickelhaubes. I know a little about fixing them. The rear visor is an easy fix and will not harm the helmet.
