I found it :)
It‘s a Gala-Uniform of a Chamberlain around 1910. On Picture „Abb. 5“ of the linked website you can see the Uniform on a royal Gala in Potsdam from Wilhelm II. with the historical pants.

It looks like an uniform of a prussian Chamberlain (Kammerherr). Below you can see h.M. Emperor Wilhelm II. with his Chamberlains. But I don‘t know if its an older Version or a Gala-Uniform?! You have to be pretty dedicated to replace a liner, it is a big job as both visors have to be removed. I have done several including making/installing my own repros. Another problem, the M91 side posts will get in the way of stitching a replacement liner in. I have removed them in the past in order...

Does anybody have a picture of an bavarian paymaster Helmet? On the extracted sites I posted there are little plates for Reich, Prussia, Saxony, Baden, Hessen, Mecklenburg, Schwerin Strelitz, but no Bavaria. I cant’t believe that no little bavarian paymaster plate exits?
