Re: Hessian glory

Thanks for your expertise gents :D

Is the picture still invisible ? I stopped working with photo-bucked.

As for your poll, Francis, with me it is almost equal, but if I must choose, I would say nr1 ,
and age (51) does not slow me down , if fact it is getting worse

The IR 127 was shown here before , but I thought it would be nice to compare two regiments of the same army. https://i1.wp.com/pinelms.files.wordpress.com/2018/05/dsc_1570.jpg?ssl=1 https://i2.wp.com/pinelms.files.wordpress.com/2018/05/dsc_1572.jpg?ssl=1 https://i0.wp.com/pinelms.files.wordpress.com...

Thanks Philippe for that info. Re: EM’s OR N.C.O'S SAXON GARDE-REITER REGIMENT WITH PARADE-

Thanks Glenn ,
As far as I know ,
There was no coating over an EM helmet ,they made the tombak shine like gold , you can imagine the elbow grease that went in after a march in the rain.
The officer helmets have an extra gold finish, to polish that would be a shame coz the finish will come off.
