That is a very fine helmet. I love all the helmets from this era. If only the soldiers had any idea what was coming! :shock:

This is my newest addition. A French Marine Infantry Model 1880 pith helmet. Used throughout their "empire" including in Africa as well as during the Boxer Rebellion in China.
