Minneapolis Show

Post by ww1czechlegion » Tue Apr 17, 2018 6:42 am

It's time again for the spring Minnesota Military Show at the State Fairgrounds.

I'll be there for Saturday only, with a display table.

Looking forward to seeing friends again at this fun show. It will probably be cold in the building, as they got at least 15" of snow this last weekend, and will probably get more on Wednesday. It's the spring that doesn't want to seem to arrive in northern Iowa and in Minnesota.

Best Regards,

Alan

Show opens at 8 am. Hope to see you there James.

This weather is really dicey this spring. We're expecting more heavy wet snow here on Wednesday.

Best Regards,

Alan

Ontario has had a brutal non spring as well, 4 days of freezing rain, sleet and snow. The melt has started finally today.

Spent Saturday at the show, and got to see some good friends and even picked up a really nice helmet that I did not plan on, will post soon in new finds.

Great seeing Alan Schaefer, Jerry Rehr, Bob Evans, Dick Roback and Chip Minx! Also got to finally meet another WWI collector Charles Pautler who is a great guy as well.

Good show, building was freezing as usual.
