Dreyse M1862

Just a heads up for anyone interested, but a Dreyse M1862 is up for sale at MJ Noble antique arms (http://www.mjnoble.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) in the UK. They rarely come up over here, so I thought I'd let you know. (I have no connection with the company or the sale in any form, by the way!).

Thanks Keith, this one looks to be without the Beck Modification. It would be interesting to know what the unit marks on the butt plate might be. You're correct these are scarce birds, don't see them too often over here either...

This is only the second or third one I have seen on open sale in the UK in the last couple of years, which is why I thought I'd give Pickelhaubes the heads up.
