I've just released my new book on Amazon print to order, which I hope you'll find of interest. For the first time in the English language, the organisation, history and uniforms of the Seebataillone, the Imperial German Marine Infantry are described, illustrated and photographed in this book. This includes their actions in China, Africa, the Balkans and the Western Front. This 180 page full colour book covers all aspects of the Marine Infantry from their formation, their insignia, overseas deployments, weapons and standards. It is richly illustrated with illustrations, period photographs and dozens of photographs of uniforms and headdress from modern collections including the Helmuth Weitze Auction House.

It's available on Amazon or see here for more details-

Great…. I’ll order a copy.

Too bad my tunic and shake weren’t included in the book, both are wonderful wartime examples

Recommended to an old comrade of mine, who commanded the Seebataillon about 10 years ago - he will order for xmas! Me as well of course!

Cheers Peter

Hello Mr Dale. I've acquired the Infantry and Cavalry uniform and history books. Working on acquiring this new one of yours. Just started reading the Infantry one and enjoying it so far. I was wondering if you're doing a Field Artillery edition in the future? I believe it would be a great edition to go with the others.

Respectfully,
Abimael Salinas
