I have some parts from a Bavarian pickelhaube that some nice person has just about removed all the silver finish by over polishing I would guess. The base metal is brass. I would like to restore the German silver finish. Does anyone know who can do this and do a quality job? Thanks

Randy mentions in the description that this is NOT the later police style pickelhaube. Does anyone know the differences? Any photo's of a Bavarian police pickelhaube? I have seen this syle several times before, but can not honestly say which one I was really looking at.
