While the lining is in excellent shape, I see no markings of any kind. 3 Questions: 1) What do you suspect the front plate and the pitch are made of? 2) Are the French 'kokarde' and 'cockade' used synonymously? 3) Thoughts about resale value, based on what you see?

I have a vintage Pickelhaube. It appears to be Bavarian and pre WWI. Can this forum add details to what little I know...and perhaps suggest a matter-of-fact resale value?
