I need to know how to reshape a helmet body that has a flat spot from long storage. The visor has come unstitched but body has become distorted.

Need to know the proper way to reshape helmet body. The rear visor has come unstitched and the body has a flat spot at rear under where the visor attaches to body (from long time storage). How do I reform the body to it's original round shape ?
