I'm sorry to say, but imo this is a reproduction, artificially aged to look real.
Repro eagle on the front, helmet shell looks incorrect, rear spine looks incorrect, difficult to comment on the chin strap and the Kokarden without close-ups.

I would echo Lars’ comments above. The helmet is a total reproduction probably made in India. These are constantly up for sale on EBay.
