With Brian's permission I ordered 200 keychains.

I will be bringing them to sos2023 and hopefully my table is next to James.

James will still display them on the table and please help yourself to it.

For those who are not attending sos, we will try to work out the postage and logistics.

Very nice Amy! I am not attending the SOS, but I would like one too.
Let me know what the shipping costs will be, I live in the Netherlands as you know.

This was totally Amy’s idea and I think they look great! Thanks again Amy for doing this. The plan is for some of these to be left in North America with James and I after the SOS so that interested members can contact us and we will mail them out. Cost will be postage plus padded envelope.
 
I forgot to say that it is totally free of charge.

We will sort out the logistic later.

Yes, like what Brian had said, we will give a bundle for different members who will mail them out to other members within the same country zone so that we don't incur too much postage.

@michiel, I just sent Amy my adress, and stated that the one for you could be sent to me too.
So we can work things out for ourselves when they arrive at my place, it might save Amy some shipping costs.

I think that this is the best way to proceed....once we finish at the SOS I hope to take some of these back with me so I can mail them out to members that want them. I believe that James has the same idea so that together we can cover North America and if needed mail to Europe as well. Again there will be a small cost involved....postage plus bubble envelope. If someone in Europe is willing to act as a distributor then we could mail multiple pieces out to their location and they could send out to the European members. My opinion only.

I am willing to do just that Brian. Members here would only need to pay for postage, and the bubble envelope.
It would save Amy, and others like you a lot of cash, sending withing the EU will only be costs as I stated, so no extra taxes.
