Police Headgear Wanted.

Well, it is the end of the year so I thought I would post a "Police Headgear Wanted" ad.

I am looking for Imperial or Weimar Republic time period Polizei spiked helmets, Polizei soft caps or Polizei uniforms.

Specifically, Saxon Polizei Tschakos or Gendarmerie metal helmets. Bavarian Gendarmerie spike helmets or Tschakos. Or other police items that I don't already have and think I might want/need.

J'aime aussi les casques de police, de douane et de gendarmerie. Il existe de nombreux modèles différents, provinciaux et surtout communaux. Par exemple voici mon casque de la Kommunal-Polizei de Colmar à Elsaß. Imaginez le nombre de villes !
As soon as I can, I'll be posting a post on "paramilitary" (police-customs-fire brigade) and gendarmerie helmets and headgear.

Thanks for the likes and responses. Yes, there are a seemingly endless variety of Police helmets and headgear and uniforms. I like the more obscure examples that are different from their brothers. The steel helmet with skull and bones worn by the Pol. Captain above is from Danzig. The high crowned helmet is Saxon. And, the uniform plate is from various state police and LAPO agencies.

A collector could make a whole collection out of the various uniforms and helmets. Oh yeah, so I have.

This is Randy Trawnik. I am an old collector and co-owner of Age of Kings Militaria. We have this Saxe-Coburg-Gotha police helmet on our website.
I also am helping another collector sell his collection. He has several Police helmets including a Reichs Police that I have never seen before.

The weitze guy has so much pickelhaube its impossible to find everything but I saw a prussian and baden police helmet and im sure he has fire helmets and more police ones. I also see a bunch of II Reich fire helmets on ebay a lot those are common I take it

Weitze has a lot I recommend looking there they have tshakos too
