A few days ago I got in this interesting I R 124 officers Feldgrau shoulder strap
Due to the two rank pips it seemed to have run out of room for the cypher and crown
so the crown was placed directly over the cypher and not above it as normally done
I have seen one other example similar to this in the collection of the late Chip Minx
of Kansas City, Mo.
