Something small can be good for the collection I R 31

A small item can make a collector happy . I was looking for a nice pair of
enlisted man's shoulder straps pre war from I R 31 for a display.
A collector friend pointed out this pair to me on EBay.
I bid on and won them for a reasonable price
The condition is just what I wanted.
I can now start to work on my display
