I would like to start this new thread that will introduce us to the fascinating world of Imperial German uniforms.
The first step in our training is this uniform, which I consider appropriate for the occasion.

Zeb,
Every time you showcase something from your one-of-a-kind collection, I’m blown away by the quality and the stunning photography of the exhibits!
Congratulations on this life’s work!
Best regards
Frank

Very nice! With a Waffenrock, it’s always great to get an Unteroffizier and up. Then it will have gold or silver Tresse is on the cuffs and collar. The Tresse really “bitches-up” a Waffenrock. Hopefully you are adding more to this thread Zeb?

You are right, Tony. The unteroffizier waffenrocks in my opinion are so cool that sometimes I even prefer them to the ones worn by officers of the same regiment.
Thank you, I'm trying to do it.
Zeb
