Hi Kris, Thanks for getting back to me. So, you are not interested in purchasing just the ersatz pickelhaube by itself? I think I have a buyer for the grey-trimmed pickelhaube, but we have not closed the deal yet. He was the person who responded first to my post in the For Sale section. 'll let you know if the deal falls through.

Hi Kris, Great. $1,253.20 is the total. My PayPal address is [email protected]. Please provide your mailing address and instructions for what you would like on the customs form. My policy on mailing uninsured items is that the buyer assumes the risk in case of loss or damage. In practice, however, I’ve never had problems with this. You will have tracking information.

payement is made.
Please send as over 100 years old artifacts, but keep the total value around 500 euro or dollars.
Inssurance doesn't cover more then 500 and like you said , prcels do seldom get lost.
French customs shouldn't charge more then 5.2 % on antiques but they often ask 21% and there is nothing you can do , but pay.
So lets keep it under the 500 euro or dollars for value.
