    Jeff, Page 179 of the 1914 Naval rank list has a "Krieger" as a Fähnriche zur See ,who entered service on April 1,1911. and was commissioned at that rank on April 15,1912. He was stationed on the S.M.S. Breslau. This is the only Krieger in the book that comes within your parameters. Kyle

    This Saturday, Centurion Auctions out of Florida sold a Kurassiere Regiment Nr. 5 officer's Kollar with epaulettes and bandolier ( no cartridge box) in fairly good shape for hammer price of $3600 plus the usual fees . I did get caught up in the bidding and still lost.
