Very nice thing to do. The kids see history and they are much more likely to take an interest in it. I used to get booked to do historical talks in schools on WW1 - 2 for staff and students, often in larger assembly rooms, and would bring in many items from deactivated weapons to helmets...

That’s a fake indeed. I tried to post photos of one I used to own on its original shell back when I was collecting stahlhem in another life (and to this day regret selling this one!) but the forum says the photos are too large to upload. I’ll try to downsize them tomorrow and post.

No this is not from Karel’s collection. His collection was sold a few years back on HH. I think I know who you mean as AoK is selling / sold much of that collection but I don’t know. I will try to remember to ask Randy or Remy next time I correspond with them.
