Found it! It is on page 63 of the Reich Radecke Police/fire book volume 1. it is indeed Anhalt, the book includes a 3 page article about it in German. James

A forum member saw this in the background of one of my helmet pictures and ask for more pictures. It is a lightweight metal, most likely tin. shape of Zeppelin with carrying strap, compartment open up for storage, about 18 inches long or so. Has Graphic on front and small signature on back...

They are not helmet experts, always be careful when buying from them...
