    Purchasing my first Pickelhaube

I would keep away from this one as well. It's just a regular prussian Haube without any markings, missing parts, repro parts and indeed a loose rear visor.

    Battle damaged Württemberg Haube

Hi, In the helmet itself is no name visible. I requested more info after i bought the helmet. Since the seller had no incentive to make up something since the item was already sold, I see no reason to distrust it. He asked older relatives who claimed it belonged to soldier Eugen Wertsch from...

    pioneer helmet M95.

Ebay is a bunch of stress. I stopped trying to bid at the last moment a long time ago. When I encounter something I really like, I just bid my top price straight away (plus a little more) and don't look at it again. If I win it's great and if not there was nithing more I could do. No stress for...

    Small purchase at Ciney

I believe in Belgium it's allowed as long as you have permission of the owner of the land. Which would mean it's forbidden in public forests or areas. France is really strict when it concerns battlefields since it considers them as graveyards (plus it could be very dangerous). More over...

I was at the militaria show yesterday in Ciney (Belgium). Wasn't looking for anything in particular but bought this nice artillerie Filz Pickelhaube (a large size) and a Kugelhandgranate. I'm quite pleased with them.
