Nice to see a second one like mine witch is very hard due to the meterial its made out off and even the details you mention on the haisty stamping of the helmetplate are similar . mine has also the croocked cross on the orb as well as no detail on the cross on top of the heads eagle A member...

Never seen or heard about one like this and it looks almost brandnew on the inside . That on its own is a red flag for me

I would say no to this one i new from the minute i seen the background who is offering this piece . price wise and rarety (if it was genuine ) do not match up

How odd can this be that most of every pickel collection i know had started with a pruisian m15 . Back in my day as a green leef in the collectors world of helmets my first one would have been also a pruisian one, if not 2 at the same moment , on a local fair in the eara . but being only 12...
