Well I’m not saying it’s not a good job, it a great job in fact, I’m just conjecturing that you may have restored a fake helmet. And that your hunt to complete the helmet may be in vain.
I believe that this is an officer's helmet for officers in the army, then reissued to the police forces. Note the 4 holes where a standard infantry spike would have been.

I looks like the J.R. 121 stamp has been placed on a removed stamp. I say this because it looks like somone wiped a portion of the rear visor with rubbing alcohol.
Sadly the dome of the helmet is not cooperating and is in a worse state than started. I am officially putting this project to rest and selling the pieces. If you want any of the pieces just pm me and we can work out a deal. I hope the parts can help someone else.
