The only thing I haven't figured out is what kind of pen they would have placed on the back part. The pen rest is made of two bullet casings and isn't completely even in the middle. I wonder if they made a pen out of bullet casings as well and where to find one? Would have to be fairly thin...

Okay so I have a weakness for trench art and really like this piece. French inkwell with a French Infantry helmet and a Verdun crest. Really well made. I may have a few too many pictures...... With and without flash.
