A M95 artillerie haube is my latest addition.

Well I guess so Francis. Or Santa thought that I have had enough troubles these last couple of years. It was really cheap too, so I got lucky. It was below 500€, so I snapped it up real fast! It also has nice kammer stamps. :) (y) No double holes.

A M95 artillerie haube is my latest addition.

I just bought this nice looking arty M95 haube, marked FAR11. More pictures will follow when it has arrived at my place. No chinstrap or kokarden, but I have those here. It has a vent on the rear spine. I wish all of you a merry christmas! Regards, Coert.

    Pickelhaube M15 Grenadier Regiment 9

In my opinion, this is a helmet that was later converted from an M95 in an M15. When looking at the markings, this becomes quite clear. GGR9 marked, but also the marking BJAXIII, with the little f for feldbrauchbar. This bekleidungs instandsetzungsamt XVIII reworked it into an regular Prussian...

A Garde Infanterie M95 enlisted haube came my way.

Thanks Jeff, I acually spend a lot of my time in front of my computer, being a single guy, and Brian, my whole livingroom starts to look like a WW1 museum, I love being able to look at all the helmets, being German or French, English and some more right in my livingroom. James, I still can add...

My favorite find of the year

That one surely deserved a good cleaning. I would have done the same thing. I usually only dust my helmets off, every 2 months or so, but that's it.

A Garde Infanterie M95 enlisted haube came my way.

No Bruno, they came to take a look, but that's all. They know my helmets are sacred to me. Even when a new addition arrives here, they only come to take a look at it, sniff the whole helmet and then leave it alone. Anyway, the old display was above a radiator, which isn't good for haubes, so...

A Garde Infanterie M95 enlisted haube came my way.

Well friends, after buying this helmet, I decided I needed to rearrange my display's. I was running out of space. And so I created a space above my computerdesk. With the opportunity to expand it some more. This way, all my Adrian helmets,English WW1, and all my books can have more space too...
