It's stamped 2.H.R...... But it's 1st.Leibhusar....very strange don't you think?

Any ideas why, if its a Saxon Garde Reiter it has a Prussian eagle as its emblem, like on a GdC helmet, but without a crown and not the well-known Saxon Lion?

Perhaps the helmet has been completed. In my opinion, the Landeskokarde is also a type for a non-commissioned officer. Unlike the Reichs, which is officer-specific.
