Good questions John. Buying the right thread to restitch a helmet in general is a large problem when you get into this. I am a dufus regarding trying to understand the information found on the labels of spools of vintage thread. First, it must be 100% cotton, no man made additions. This forces...

The health card has to be renewed every 4 years by your province and a new mug shot taken. You are issued a temporary document until your new card arrives in the mail just in case you need medical help. You don’t have to pay for your card renewal.

Yes no doubt that it can be fixed by wetting the top and blocking it on a headform. The missing visor trim is a problem though.
