Hi George, The Feldzeigen is correct, so white with black ( state colours of Prussia) and the type also. But it is made long after te war , probably in the '80 or'90...so correct but fake

My educated guess will be the 14th, for they had that type of blue without a monogram on the shoulder straps. The 12th and 13th are lighter in shade.
