I’m genuinely impressed with these ersatz busbys. You don’t see too many genuine ones around, and they are unfortunately faked heavily. Excellent pieces!

Great examples and the side by side comparison of the different variants of the Stahlbech. Several manufacturers were involved in the production of these ersatz variants, each having their own unique design.

The brass furniture seems to be all good, although the prongs on the spike base fasteners look very thin, so I don’t know if they are original. The design of the haube itself I’ve never seen before.
