Hi there, I’m currently looking for a Bavarian enlisted man’s white and blue kockard for my M1895 haube. Not sure if anyone has one or know of a good place to place to search 👍

So I just picked up my second haube, I can see no markings inside and have noticed that the wappen has been repaired on one side. Also the shell has been crudely carved out so I’m guessing it is not the original wappen, albeit a clean stamped piece and imho of some age, And one of the kokards...

Hi guys, Just joined and saying hello. I have this pickelhaube and was wondering how genuine it is.and if so any advice on keeping it from deteriorating any further. I have always wanted one of these amazing pieces since I was a child, now I’m 50 I finally have one 😀 Thanks in advance Kirst
