I dont found any 1842 Helmet with cocard with 3 Rings, It's so correct for officer at the time.

Thanks for answers, this makes the discussion interesting. The Kaiserbunker Helmet are for sure post 1856, metal cocarde was introduced in this year. He writes officer cocarde was leather with metal silver ring, like my helmet. Her Link to Kaiserbunker ...

Hello I found now nice period time picture (1843) officers with the 1843 Helmets. In the middle Officer from 1 Landwehr Regiment, like my Helmet owner.

Thank you very much :) . The only thing that still worries me: everything on the helmet are like officer, pearl ring, cocarde, color shield. Only the 4 rivets not ! :unsure:

Sorry i forget the pictures back aof the Emblem, her what i mean with closed hole ? too deep for emblem and well allready made in the the production (seam goes over).
