Dont trust this seller this helmets is for sale on many sites like ebay , marktplaats.nl and 2dehands.be i am pretty sure he is bidding on his own items.

Strange he claims being once from Leiderdorp, Zuid-Holland and when using a other pseudo, on a other site, he seems from Brussels...
But as the thread starter uses the same pseudo as the ebay seller we might get a answer.... :-"

Yes sure the answer is there.
Wenn you want to sell on tweedehands.be you can not log in trew the dutch site , because the people in Belgium can not see the auctions than.
So you have to make a log in with a Belgium place strange but true.
So that is the reason that brussels is the place you see on tweedehands.be.
But if you read the auction you see that the seller is in the netherlands
