The shoulder strap of a sailor of the 12th naval crew of the Russian Imperial NAVY. From 1891 to 1917. There is a monogram on the chase. Grand Duchess Olga Konstantinovna Romanoff is the daughter of Admiral General of the Russian NAVY Grand Duck Konstantin Nikolaevich Romanoff. In 1867, she married the Greek King George and became Queen of Greece. Since 1879 She became the chief of the naval crew, and Her monogram was assigned to his ranks on shoulder straps.In 1908, all crews were reformed, but, as a tribute to Queen Olga, Her Majesty's patronage was granted to the russian cruiser "Admiral Makaroff".
