1919 Picture of white marked stahlhelms

Looks like strips of cloth, probably to identify different groups of vets for some sort of rally . They even look like Turkish helmets? Could be an illusion. Rob
 
Great photo...I think we need the inscription translated to understand what is going on. Unfortunately, I do not have that knowledge.
 
I’m by no means fluent, but I think it says ”The marching in of the “EPP” troops in the Turkish barracks.” So, Freikorps Epp? Perhaps the white stripe was to distinguish them from other freikorps units? Total guess here.
