Could we please see a few more pictures of the Haube? Are some regimental markings in the helmet? Is it a Kammer or Eigentum helmet?
The Land cockade on this helmet is quite interesting because non serrated and of the hessian or saxon style (or sometimes Baden and Württemberg for officers). Never saw that for Mecklenburg :-? The same for the colours of this cockade: from the center: dark blue-red-black-yellow.
I always used to think those cockades are of the prussian style (serrated ) and from the center like the cockade on your Mütze: red-yellow-blue.
