21st Dragoon Regiment - Officer's conference

The note on the back indicates it is in May 1913 and is a Critique of the Parade March in gallop. I can't quite make out the title...maybe someone with a better eye can read that.

Hi Bob,

yes General Eschborn commanded DR 21 from 18 April 1913 to 27 January 1918 when he became commander of the 39. Kavallerie-Brigade. He remained in the new German Reichsheer following the war becoming a Generalmajorl on 18 May 1920 and retired as a brevet (charakterisierter) Generalleutnant from his command of 3. Kavallerie-Division on 30 September 1923.
