I am currently on the lookout for a 25th wurttemberg dragoons officers pickelhaube as well as anything from the unit specifically for the rank of rittmeister.

I am not sure just what you can locate for the rank of Rittmeister ? A Waffenrock in that rank ? Shoulder straps ? epaulettes ?

Very nice, I am trying to build a display around an engraved iron cross and a lot of research I've done on the man, he was a Rittmeister in the 25th Dragoons.

That is a super piece .
Did you find him in the Rang list ? A list of his other medals ?
Glenn could most likely tell you more about him .Glenn does great research work .
A pair or a single should strap would look good along with it
Epaulettes if you could locate .
An officers helmet

I found him in the wurttemberg archives and they had some of his documents, I made a post with the findings I had at the time and a more in depth post on the WAF
