This one up in Maine has been floating around for quite some time (Maybe it gets purchased and returned?). It looks like it has the one piece neck guard and early officer style liner. The price is consistent with other sites, so am I being totally stupid again when I look at this? It seems okay, although the way the neck guard looks bent inward toward the front (look at the rounding at the rear of the dome, skull, what not). Comments guys and gals? I mean is this thing a dog and I'm just not getting it? Replacement chin scales and cockades? I've seen both wide and narrow chin scales on Kurassier helmets (Wider than the leaves of the small cloverleafs in the big ones and about the same width as the center of the small cross-like clover leafs).
