Another Interesting 1914 EK1

I am sure we all have seen, and viewed with more than a little skepticism, engraved EK1's. This one is a bit different and I believe likely dates from the early 1920's.

Engraving such as this passes scrutiny in my book. WOW! The EK appears to be a KO issued piece. Dallmer certainly had quite a career.

Hi Chas: Thanks. This one sort of "talks to you". It is unmarked as to maker or silver content. I think either a late war time or early 1920's issue piece.

I am having a little difficulty matching his list of engagements to those of his unit, but then, I suspect the Germans used different terminoligy than the alies.

PS still a very interesting piece.

This impressed EK to an Austrian should, likewise, pass muster. Enamel has been baked into the letters. The EK is unmarked, and most likely a post war commemorative.
