Thanks a lot it helps. As i’ve said it cames from a french theater collection of costumes with 3/4 other french napoleonic shakos. Most of them were “used” for theater, several typical post period additions, but still a good original basis for two of them, original brass and bronze plAtes... and this one! Real curiosity.

There was also this Old Prussian hussars busby (very tired and possibly composite). I guess it is from same period.
