What size helmet did Kaiser Wilhelm II wear?
According to this shako description (http://www.derrittmeister.com/royalty.htm), it was 54 1/4. However, that site is not exactly the most reliable of sources sometimes.
 
I doubt that even the Kaiser could afford to buy his shako back from der rittmeister. Scandalous prices. I don't know how they stay in business.
 
Thanks Chas. DR certainly is a place for those who do not know what to do with their money. I wonder how that shako escaped from the Hoose Doorn collection?? Oh and 54.25 cm is certainly a small noggin for the great war lord. Anyone know how tall the Kaiser was?? I know Hitler and I share the same 5'9" frame. As for Chas...all those who have met him know he aint no little dude!
