Atypical Prussian Cavalry Officer's Lionhead Saber

Typically, these have gold-colored handles and curved blades, but they were available in silver. This one was made by WKC. The blade is not terribly fancy but the detail work in the handle and guard is impressive. Sold by a vendor in Hannover...maybe it was carried by an officer of the 13th Uhlan Regiment

A very nice silver hilt P guard saber. Silver hilt lion head pommel swords like yours were also made for the Saxon Police. These officer swords have the Saxon coat of arms displayed on the P guard. White metal swords like yours really stand out as being different.
