Does anyone need a Model 1916 steel helmet. Here is a Christmas bargain:

It has been a while since I listed anything on scumbay, but don't thay charge a listing fee based on the starting price? This chump is haveing to pay quite a bit to list this joke (let's face it, there is not way he is going to get any bites unless he shows the liner:))
 
yes, normally there are fee's.

However, if you sell a lot on Ebay, you now get 5 free listings a month, probably what they did?

The fees are based on the final sale price, not the starting price. Right now he's just going to be slugged some negligible listing fees.

This one is an honest mistake, the seller if German, and German ebay uses a comma rather than a decimal, the price was supposed to be 22.99, but he typed in 22,99.
 
I know... no doubt; the rest of the ad is honest and the other items he/she has for sale are normally priced... but I could not resist combining the two...
 
That's a NICE helmet! I think I'll see what I have in my 'small change drawer'.... Oh rats... $10 short. Bummer.
