no unit stamp inside. There is only a maker stamp Hans Rohmer Neu Ulm and date 1916.
The helmet is absolutely new and it seems never worn.

Excellent helme Gianluca. When you bought the helmet was it complete with original kokarden and chin strap or did you have to add these? The reason I am asking is that we usually call these new condition M15 helmets "Bond Helmets" because thousands were brought over to North America and were given away as prizes for War Bond sales. Many are in like new condition but often do not have kokarden or chin straps.

I bought this helmet many years ago complete as shown, it comes from a French dealer and friend Roland Giacomini.

Many years ago I got some helmets from Roland! Good prices and an honest dealer. Is he still dealing?
 
Hallo everyone
Roland stopped dealing more o less two yers ago , now it seems to me he only sell something occasionally at home .
In the past he really sold some exceptional pieces
