I have no idea about the value nowaday's. All I know, is I bought a complete Prussian one for €500, but that was some 9 years ago, they might be more expensive now. And the one I bought then was not the most pristine one, original, but not perfect. I like the helmet though.
Removing some of the polish residue on the wappen might make it more saleable, I think.

Nice looking helmet, the repairs and damage and missing parts lower the price on this one some. I think your price on the WAF forum maybe a little high but you never know...

What is the price asked for it there James? I am not a member there, I have my preferences to some sites, theirs is not one of them .

Thanks James. I'd be a buyer at €500 though. Because I like the helmet. Finding a chinstrap and kokarden would be a chore, I know.
