Bavarian Office compelte uniform Captain V. Ruehs

Picked this up a couple months ago from a good friend. Not a spike, but it is Bavarian.

My friend got it from the family estate of Bavarian Captain V. Ruehs.

Tunic is not named but very nice, this gentleman was easily over 6 feet tall.

Tunic, pants, boots and hat. as well as very nice Sword sash. Hat is nicely marked on inside.

Not the best pictures, but cold and rainy outside, so there you go.

Very nice indeed James, congratulations! I agree with other comments though....more pics of your helmet collection would be great. I think we had some after Gus visited but nothing really showing all of the hats.
 
And oh-so Bavarian in that ribbed wool. It is extremely uncommon to get uniform items that can be identified, and even more so to one man.

No wonder I had so much trouble tucking them in, I will fix this right away

Yea...get on that Big Guy! I am so looking forward to the up coming SOS!! Hopefully, we will even have to put up with Gus and Joey...Pauley is a given!
